As Sriven Airtech, we have been established in Hyderabad since 2004 and involved in the manufacturing of a diverse range of sheet metal products. Our highly experienced MEP team and in-house capability of manufacturing and powder coating facility further enhanced our capability to elevate our business as Sriven MEP Engineering in the year 2023.
We are actively engaged in significant projects encompassing the Design-Build of Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing works for a diverse range of large and medium scale facilities such as Commercial, Residential, Industrial, IT & Pharma sectors. We will sustain organizational excellence through visionary leadership and by consistently applying innovative efforts, thereby ensuring the successful execution of these projects.

What We Do

We are pro-actively involved in carrying out all diversified works including Supply, Installation, Testing, Commissioning & AMC of Air Conditioning, Plumbing, Fire Fighting Protection, Electrical works, LT power distribution & Low Voltage Services such as Fire Alarm, Public Address, Access Control, CCTV and Building Management Systems.

We provide a comprehensive one-stop solution for Basement Ventilation, Pressurization system, Fire-fighting systems, Fire alarm and Public address systems. This ensures a hassle-free experience for our customers in obtaining Fire NOC for their buildings, as we take complete responsibility for the entire process.

As the driving force behind our organization, Mr. Nithin Shetty combines over 18 years of extensive experience in the MEP industry with a visionary approach to leadership. He specializes in strategic planning, project management, and team leadership. His mentorship has been pivotal in driving growth and operational excellence, streamlining project execution, strengthening client relationships, and building a high-performance team adept at delivering complex MEP projects on time and within budget.

Leveraging his experience, Mr. Shetty has expanded Mr. Koteswara Rao’s Sriven Airtech, a two-decade-old manufacturing unit specializing in air distribution products and sheet metal items, into an MEP contracting business. Here, he continues to focus on delivering exceptional value to clients. With a commitment to understanding client needs and tailoring solutions accordingly, he aims to achieve higher levels of customer satisfaction and project success.
